Although a home needs to be cohesive, I think the bedroom should be a shade that is warm, that flatters and that stand out a bit from the rest of the home. Or a grayish lavender. Keeping the gray involved in the actual color will help with the cohesion.

Delving into whites is something we will be doing soon in our master bedroom. Our wall will be a chocolately brown (husband's choice that I acquiesced to - to keep peace and to get my way in other areas). The trim is where we will be heading into a grayish white that matches some pottery we have. A pure white will be too stark IMO.

Great Post!Cemayahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17196086556793561978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1350332514577320343.post-27749973694625679232011-03-10T21:34:33.120-08:002011-03-10T21:34:33.120-08:00Go for the pink!Go for the pink!Paulette @ At Home in Arkansashttp://blog.athomearkansas.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1350332514577320343.post-28522712371129241312011-03-10T15:56:32.184-08:002011-03-10T15:56:32.184-08:00I cannot wait to see your place.
