In July, I'm doing a design consultation and project for a family living in the Southwest. In preparation, I'm keeping my eyes wide open for ideas and inspiration. Overt themes never translate into sophistication, so instead I'm looking for subtle references to the Southwest desert and an aesthetic that is still very modern and chic. Here's a look at the colors and styles that are inspiring me so far.
