It's funny, because I am "visually challenged" and thus have worn glasses since I was eight. I wore a notorious pair of huge Sally Jessie Raphael red glasses at a very pivotal time in my adolescence and was teased mercilessly for them (the term "Coke Bottle glasses" was tossed about quite frivolously). So it is interesting indeed to see that frames of that particular style are now so chic (and I must say, the photos you posted do prove that they are!). It just goes to show the cyclical nature of fashion and how taste and what dictates style fluctuates. Kinda makes me regret breaking those glasses in half way back when... Kinda...

I love these so much I actually bought a pair! Mine are prescription though, so I can wear them instead of my contacts this fall, which I'm really excited about!

Oh yes, such a chic look! When I was younger I used to pretend not to be able to read certain letters in the eye test in hopes that I could have glasses and look like these lovely ladies:)

Bold frames are great... on the right person. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. I enjoyed these pictures a lot, though. :)
I think it's funny how I used to wear these since I was a little kid, and I've stuck to the same style. They were so big, and "ugly" (according to everyone) and it became a signature look. Now, the same girls I grew up that made fun of me, are posting how much they love these!
I just hope the trend stays! I love all the choices you made!
