ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD

At long last, I'm in San Francisco and couldn't be happier. Seriously you guys, how did I get so lucky? I'm in love with this city, I adore my new apartment, and I'm endlessly energized by the possibilities and people.

My morning runs afford breathtaking views of the bay and golden gate bridge. Drop dead gorgeous Pacific Heights mansions provide eye candy for my evening walks, and I'm already on a first name basis with the baristas at the coffee shop down the block. Yes, all is well with the world...

Thank you for supporting my little blogging hiatus as I closed up my life in Chicago and set sail for my new one here in San Francisco. As always, it's so good to be back!

xo,
Crystal

Congrats on the move! San Francisco must be even more lovely this time of year, since everywhere else seems to be getting record snow. Although I am a Southern California girl at heart, I love San Francisco!

SF is pretty much awesomeness. Especially the weather this last weekend. Maybe I'll see you around the hood (not a stalker, but I do live nearby).

Welcome to the West, Crystal! And, to my favorite city of all! I hope the city treats you well with all the treasures it has to offer. Maybe I'll even get a chance to say "hi" in person the next time I'm down...? :)

Congrats on making the big move! Now go enjoy!

That sounds soooo wonderful. I moved to SF as an 18 year old au pair from Sweden and feel so madly in love with that town I had to stay and become and American!! Enjoy every moment and every beautiful sight!

Crystal, you sound SO happy! I'm delighted for you. Life should be an adventure, and change creates so many new opportunities. I love that you're painting dark gray as I adore the drama and creating rooms & settings which are like the inside of a jewel box. The rooms absolutely glisten in the evening. You will love it and never go back to white. Let the museums keep white walls. xx's
