Before Chicago, I lived in Italy for three years and have often wondered if Italians are born with a special gene for style. You just have to spend a day walking around Rome or Milan to know what I mean! And perhaps the person who epitomizes this most is style icon and Italian Vogue fashion editor, Giovanna Battaglia. The former D&G model is quite possibly the most stylish and best dressed human on the planet. Here's a look at some of my favorite outfits of hers!

You lived in Italy??? So jealous! And I agree with you -- I think those Italians are just naturally sophisticated. Style like Gio's is something that is innate -- I don't think you can learn style like that. Doesn't stop me from trying, though ;-)
