SLIPPING AWAY

As the days grow longer and our sweet summer slips away, I'm daydreaming about one last sun drenched day...
About sitting in silence in this cozy nook with the sound of the water and the gentle breeze...
Then gentling falling into the cozy arms of autumn and the renewal that it brings.

That sounds lovely! We've definitely gotten a chill in Annapolis, but it is supposedly going to be around 80 again this weekend - hoping to have one last weekend of sun-soaking!

still feels like summer here in New York--but happy to be welcoming the fall soon!

Normally I'm so sad for summer to end, but it's been beyond hot that I'm delighted autumn is upon us.
